Coupons and Gift Certificates available in Business Hub

Make gift certificates and coupon codes available in business hub. This would be helpful for CSR's to be able to give coupon code discounts on quotes and invoices so that discounts can be tracked and not just randomly given with no reportable stats on them. In addition we use gift certificates for marketing as well as issue them in the case of an unhappy customer that we want to appease. However, we need to be able to use that gift certificate in business hub so that we can track it as a payment for accounting purposes.
