Add to Production Calendar: "Filter" > "Processes" > "unspecified"

On the production calendar, sometimes a decoration process may not be selected, or may be outside of the categories that we have in admin settings, meaning a salesperson may not be able add in a correct decoration process. At the moment, there is no way to see orders that do not have any decoration process, but orders will still be on the calendar.
