Convert Quote to Order Form (PDF)

We try to sell all of our team orders on web stores but sometimes the order is too small or it doesn't make sense. We still do order forms so coaches can hand them out and we produce them out of deco. It would be nice if we could take the info from a quote and have that convert into an order form. We quote everything through deco so the info would be there and it would save us a bit of time.
