Batch Store List in Production-Filter out stores that have nothing in production

We need to filter out the stores that have moved out of production so that we don't have to look through ALL of our stores each time we try to select the store to filter to produce. Once a store is out of production, we can view all details from the Batch Store section, so we no longer need the store in the dropdown. 

Can it be handled where, if the store doesn't have anything in production, it doesn't show up in the list? But as soon as it does, it pops back up in the list?
