For those of us who have customers picking up orders it would be great to have a customer pick up method in Business Hub as well as on stores / websites we create.

  You can totally do this.  We have it configured for our local online stores as well as Business Hub orders...

  One quick note... you will need to go into the 'Availability' section on the left column to enable pick-up to the appropriate stores.
