Control Sizing Display Options per website

We have two options when it comes to displaying sizes:

1. Add 1 size at a time

or

2. Add all sizes in a table format

It would be nice to be able to control how this works from one site to another or have the ability within a product group to determine if it should be displayed in a table or one size a time.
