Sometimes you guys don't seem to be very responsive to this request page. It has requests going back five months, and only a few have been marked "completed" or "heck no we aint doing that". It would be nice to know that Deconetwork is very responsive to customer requests. That said, I had a Inksoft site years ago, and they weren't very responsive to requests either. Not that I expect you guys to immediately do everything requested, but it looks to me that a lot of the stuff requested is super important, and we would like to know that deconetwork is at least considering those things. Just looking at the requests, there are several dozen of them that could probably ALL be completed in a week or so (combined).
At least respond to peoples request as they are reviewed. You could at least say something like "hey, that's a great idea, we are working on X, Y and Z right now, but just as soon as we get through with those products, we will look into the feasibility of your suggestion." Your customers want to know that their requests have been read.
When you mark an item as "not being considered", you should really give an explanation. Just saying that makes it sound like you don't care about the customers request. Please give us the REASON that you won't or cant do something so that we can understand.
