Blackout Dates for production

I would like to make it to when the admin uses the black out dates it prevents customers and the sales team from picking one of those dates.

We have our staff enter 95% of orders and they don't always know or remember the days we are closed or if I close a day due to high production orders.

This feature would help my staff and customers get a more accurate day for receiving the order.
