Expose Product API for creating products

Expose a product create/update API to integrate with 3rd party vendors that are not currently supported. Uploading a zip file with a spreadsheet to add products is a pain. I would like the ability to create a product from an API and pass it all the information it needs to create the product. Also would like it to have the ability to update a product as well.

  The product management API needs to be updated to enable exporting all necessary data to a third-party online store and to support the use of an open-source product information management system such as Akeneo PIM.
