Restricting the "Change Product" functionality to only display items from a specific product group

Hi team, it would be great if the "Change Product" functionality was limited to specific products contained within a specific group.
It would allow to facilitate the navigation only within specific categories that are similar to the initial product the client is looking for: Ex. Tshirts, Hoodies, Promotional... or according to specific decoration methods such as Embroidery, Screen, etc.
