Feature Request engagement and its value to Deconetwork users
Under ConsiderationEdit: Deconetwork has clarified that while feature requests can be submitted, their implementation ultimately depends on the developers' decisions. Community votes can help highlight interest, which may improve visibility, but there’s no guarantee that popular requests will be adopted.
I've revisited the Feature Request board after some time away and noticed that engagement on many posts is very low. This suggests that without strong demand, Deconetwork is unlikely to implement new features. I followed up on one of my own requests and was told there are no updates, and that submission alone doesn’t guarantee implementation. If engagement is the key metric, can Deconetwork clarify what level of activity or interest is required to progress a feature? It’s difficult to meet any meaningful threshold when the most-followed requests only have around 27 followers.
