Managing shopping carts via API calls.

It would be nice an endpoint existed to retrieve the carts that trigger the Follow Up Abandoned Cart email template.  Ideally for it to also include the continue_order_url variable so that we could potentially send emails externally from Deco Network for abandoned carts especially since the built in editor is very limited and designers usually craft templates using tools like Canva or Figma that are more sophisticated that what is possible here.
