Create "Pop Up" Option for Product Page Details

On product pages, when setting how to view certain panels, along with "Don't Show, Image Panel, Properties Panel, Bottom Panel, Extra Details", allow for things like Size Charts, Descriptions etc. to be toggled through Pop Up buttons.

This would allow for cleaner pages.
