This is causing havoc in our large company stores where the corporation requires us to have an official logo on the items, but there are multiple logos to choose from. Deco is allowing the employees to check out with blank items. Not only does this cause us to have to contact both the employer and the employee, but makes us look unprofessional that we cannot resolve the issue in any other way.
We have several stores using this feature and all of them are facing this issue. We have tried a workaround using the wording below, however, true to human nature they still try to checkout
- Need a different logo? Click below...(do not CLEAR IMAGE, only REPLACE)
Please help in fixing this, we are really wanting to stay with Deco Network and use this feature to its full extent in future corporate stores with multiple logos. We have turned in multiple support tickets with no viable resolution.
