Save shopping cart to account for later completion

    It is so frustrating to have a shopping cart full of items and get called away before finishing then to return to an empty cart and start all over. There really needs to be a way to save the cart or ideally have it save automatically to be retrieved at a later time.

    The fact that this is not a already in there after 2 years of requests are mind-blowing. Carts automatically beings saves is a standard feature of any website. It's what the customer expects to happen, they have been trained to expect this to be the case and for DecoNetwork to still be slacking in this area is shameful. The lack of this feature will ultimately lead to me seeking another solution.

    Abandoned Cart emails are sent, but the cart is not saved? This is confusing for our customers to understand.

    Yes, please!  I have customers who use their accounts so employees can add their uniform purchases.  It's quite frustrating for them when they are logged out and all the progress is lost

    Incomplete carts are now viewable from the customer account area for registered users. The user can load one of the incomplete carts and pick up where they left off to complete purchase.
