More granular control on what affiliates can edit/change in their admin

Some "curious" affiliates "play" with their store settings and/or decorated products a little bit too much, and eventually break/delete stuff (website layout, decoration on products, and/or store settings).

It would be great to have more control over what we allow our affiliates to "play" with... For example, we would love to remove access to "sensible" or "dangerous" settings like Decorated Products, Domain Settings, Store Configuration, etc to some of our affiliates in order to avoid fixing it for them all the time. ;)
