Hard Deadline/In-Hand Date Field

It would be great to have an In-Hand Date or Hard Deadline field. We have orders that the deadline is not negotiable and others where it moves based on different factors. I would love to see a field that could specify that unchangeable date so we know which orders cannot be moved in the queue.
