Search for a word or phrase

I have a customer kind enough to share an error on my site, although looking at each page I cannot seem to find the error. Is it possible to process a search of the website to find the word spelled wrong, or a phrase used?  When I say incorrect word for location I am thinking ahead to a paragraph change where in typing the wrong word was used. Following is a portion of their text to me;
