Production Time

Ability to show the production time of a product on the product page so that a customer knows how long it will take for their item to be made. 

Also showing this production time in the cart, then taking this a step further in the shipping method page, to combine both the production time and the shipping time, to give a total time. 

Production time data already exists so this must be quite straightforward!
