Customer Import - Include Store Credit Availability

Edit the import customer feature to allow for store credit to be imported with customers so that it doesn't have to be manually done per customer after the import is complete.

  Hi Samantha Snyder (d) this is possible today using the credit_allowance column on the customer import CSV file.
