Multiple quote / Quote Matrix

We work with school and business customers who are very often not sure what they want to order and in what quantity. They just want us to give them a bunch of options with a price breakdown for different quantities. The attached image will show you how we currently submit that request to the customers. It would be awesome if Deco can give us this grid that we can send to our customers. We are already filling out all the information in Deco to get the pricing so it shouldn't be that difficult to just create a different layout.

In the initial stage if you can just give us the pdf file version that would be great. later in the more enhanced version, we can email the quote matrix to the customer with and Thumbs up and down icon next to each row, If the customer decides to like that item it pops open the size/qty table for them to fill out the quantities.

It is important that the pricing below is not using volume discounts.
