The ability to tag an order with tags

Would be great to add a tag to an order - or customer so we can sort them not only in deco but in places like mailchimp.
We would use this for the different way we get sales. If the sale comes from a networking group, we would tag that person so when we search the tag, we would know how much we get from that networking. OR if we do a email blast, we can tag the customer and know whether it was worth it or not.

Another way we would use this is for backordered stuff, or if we need to reach out to a customer or how ever we want to use them in the system. They would be searchable and could organize in the orders tab. This would have nothing to do with production status and is more for searching for a specific tag.
Examples:
"backordered" - would now be searchable where it really isn't a thing right now
"monday" - we would want to reach out to the customer about their quote on monday
I also think it would also be useful for shipstation and pulling in tags.
Think of everything you can't really note or search for in an order this would help there.

This would also be helpful for tasks that the system doesn't track under job progress
e.g. Does this order require design services? Do I have to order heat transfers?

This would be great if we could create apply a custom field to an order the same way that you can create a custom field for a customer.
