Ability to set custom commission for decorated products at Store Level

Overriding the retail price of decorated products raises the product markup which affects commissions. It's possible to mitigate this and set a desired commission amount by overriding the default commission but it must be done for each decorated product. 

Business Impact:

• Currently not using the ability for affiliate stores to view their site metrics and details because the commission amounts are not set as desired by default. 
• Overriding default commission solves the issue but is not useable because each product has to be handled individually (100's of clicks and repetitive actions)

Feature Request:

• When overriding default commission for a decorated product, would like the ability to set this as a percentage of retail price in addition to a dollar amount.
• Would like the ability to set a default override commission at the store level which would be applied automatically to newly created decorated products on the store.
