Tag Users in Internal Notes

It would be helpful to have the ability to tag another internal user in an internal note on order.
We have circumstances currently where our purchasing team will encounter back-orders, as an example, and make a note on the order, but it would be great to then be able to tag the salesperson there vs. having to externally send an email in addition.

This would help in so many ways! We have a number of people that work on each order, and it would be great to be able to tag them so they get a notification when we mention them.
