Allow special characters for affiliate stores admin name (at the store creation stage)

That is a small one, but still...

Being able to use special characters for affiliate store admin name at the store creation stage. Special characters are allowed from the store owner backend anyway, so why not at the store creation stage?

We find ourselves using a temporary admin name, then login as the store owner, and update the admin name for every single store we create.
