Add Custom Fields to Orders in the Business Hub (such as a checkbox for account type)

It would be great if we could add multiple checkboxes or dropdown boxes in the same area as "Priority Order," "Requires Art Approval," etc. so that we can include more information regarding the type of account and other pertinent variables.
