Option to NOT Capture funds on Business Hub Quote/Order

We would like to have Quotes and Orders created in the Business Hub only Authorize the credit card payment, and capture the funds when shipped. This is how our Payment Gateway is setup for our website, and it should be the same for BH orders too.
