Order/email approval feature for affiliate stores
Under ConsiderationWe would like to request an order approval feature for affiliate stores.
The requirement is that orders placed by regular users are first sent to a company manager for approval. Only after approval should the order be marked as approved and appear on our end for processing.
This would allow affiliate companies to control internal spending and ensure staff orders stay within approved limits. Currently, we manage this manually by placing orders on hold and emailing managers, which is not scalable and risks errors as order volume grows.
We already have several affiliate stores asking for this.

- orders can be approved as they go
- make sure people aren't double dipping
- company knows how much is being spent
