Upload Orders or Customers via CSV

A BASIC basic basic CSV upload feature for orders and/or customers. Something so rudimentary for anyone migrating from any other system. Now that i've commited to Deco I want to close my other app i use, but i want all the order history from there....so now i have to manually put those orders in here....
