Improve Email Deliverability for Order-Related Emails
Under ConsiderationI’d like to raise a feature request regarding the deliverability of order-related emails.
I understand why order emails are sent from DecoNetwork-managed addresses to preserve the email history in Business Hub, and I’m happy for them to continue being sent from DecoNetwork domains.
However, in our experience over the past two years, almost every order-related email (quotes, order updates, etc.) goes into customers’ spam folders. This causes customers to miss important emails and forces us to chase quotes manually.
Improving the deliverability of these order emails would help us massively and have a real impact on response times and customer experience.

We see that happen primarily with hotmail accounts.
