Add Email Notes by Website/Store

It would be extremely helpful to have part of the store configuration be the ability to add a custom message for the order email they receive. 

We host a lot of stores throughout the year where it would be great to be able to add a note about their program specifically (these are often teams/schools) without having to mess with the code itself of the template every time.
