Add 'Remove Team Name' Option in Designer Tool

I need an additional option in the Designer Tool to remove a team name if it has been added by mistake.

Currently, if a team name is created in the "Add Team Name" section by mistake, there is no option available to remove it. In some cases, users may add a team name by mistake or without realizing it, and they are unable to delete or undo this action.

It would be very helpful if an option such as "Remove Team Name" or "Delete Team Name" could be added in the Designer Tool so users can easily remove it when needed.
