Add an option to place customer orders immediately on hold and notify us
Under ConsiderationAs we have continued to grow and develop our system we're running into some areas that, hopefully other users, could benefit from as well.
Firstly, the order generated emails that are sent back to us; is there a way to customise there per reseller site? We are beginning to have some resellers requesting us to follow specific steps when there orders are submitted to us. We need to make sure that whoever picks up the email can understand a process for each individual reseller (if required).
Another suggestion on this front would be that we can place orders on hold automatically, making sure the user of the system is still notified that their order is working its way through the system. Creating a separate order journey through the system for these clients would be massively helpful. We are now finding resellers who just want the orders dispatching to a central location, others that want to approve the orders before they are shipped and so on.
