Hidden shipping method

I would like to have a "hidden" shipping method. Not sure how it would work but we have have webstores that have "pick up from Mark" but production doesn't know what that means. We have 2 storefronts so Mark is picking up at location 1. SO For that shipping method - pick up from Mark it would read in production as Pick up in location 1.

The description of the shipping method could be where the info is pulled from. Would like to see it in BH.
