Allow for HTML editing the CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AREA

We can update/edit nearly any page using HTML or CSS but for some reason the customer account area is locked. 

The stock design is outdated and looks unprofessional. 

Please allow for HTML editing of the customer account area.
