Allow HTML use in gift certificates

At the moment they are quite limited visually. While it is possible to adjust the background and font, the overall design still feels restrictive.

It would be far more effective if gift certificates could be fully customised using HTML, similar to email templates and order templates. This would allow for much greater flexibility and a more polished, professional result.
