Allow prices entered on products to be inclusive of VAT, and have the system able to show this at checkout.

Deco currently only works on a 'net + VAT' model, which is great for people in the trade, but not so good for people in retail.  When you have a product that has to be a specific price, you end up with a very obscure number to work with, that can be several decimal places long.  As Deco rounds to 2 decimal places, this sometimes make achieving a specific price impossible.

By allowing us to put in retail prices, we can put the prices we want into the system, and the tax that is calculated in the background is where the obscure numbers and rounding would occur.  Making it a lot easier to work with, especially when it comes to adding prices given by a manufacturer, as we don't need to remove the VAT to add the product to the system.
