Sales Tax Upload by State

It would be very helpful to be able to upload sales tax rates for the entire state from an excel worksheet rather than having to manually add rates one at a time. Another idea would be to allow an integration with a tax service that keeps rates updated and could feed into the site.

  Oh yes please!  Such a nightmare putting zip codes (which are not accurate for sales tax, BTW).  Anything would be better but why not an integration?  I have heard there are systems out there for just this purpose.  I would be willing to pay extra.
