Allow Sales team member to create a company account

My sales team members are currently unable to create new company accounts. They need this capability when preparing quotes or orders for new prospects. Right now, the only way to grant that access is by assigning them the Sales Manager role, which is excessive and gives visibility into company‑wide orders — something I’m not comfortable with.
