Add the ability to ping a specific team member for an order-specific question. Internal notes are great, but we use them a ton, so I get so many that it is difficult to know what is actionable or urgent. If you could email an internal team member from an order, much like you send an external customer a note, that would be awesome!

    Tag Users in Internal Notes
    It would be helpful to have the ability to tag another internal user in an internal note on order.

    We have circumstances currently where our purchasing team will encounter back-orders, as an example, and make a note on the order, but it would be great to then be able to tag the salesperson there vs. having to externally send an email in addition.

    Emailing Sales Rep
    We should add the ability to email the sales rep assigned to an order a note about an order. Internal notes are great but they go to the whole team. If I need something specific from an internal salesperson the ability to send them a message from an order would be great. Please.
