Updated decoration process and functions on online designer

I think the Decoration Processes List can be updated by some simple changes and futures. allow all processes to allow customers png files to be color changed how the screen printing function allows it to be. As for the list i would like the HTV section to be set up how the screen printing section is. Recognizes the different colors for a better price break down. right now it treats it as a single digital design. the DTG section we can just use that as a digital vinyl section as well just fine. these small changes can improve the work flow for customer online designer tools, along with our current business hub tools. to speed up production, designs, mock ups and quotes to our customers faster.
