Allow Products To Not Require Production

Allow products to not require the production step. This would be helpful for factory produced product, outsourced promotional products, blank products, etc. These items do not require production and ultimately clog up the production calendar unnecessarily. If you could turn off production on a product level, so they don't require that step, it would help schedule, workflow, etc.
