Email when online payment is made
Under ConsiderationMany of our customers pay invoices outside of the traditional checkout process, whether by cash, credit card in person, mailed checks, or through the online payment link. The payment link feature has been a great addition and is being used more and more frequently.
However, when a customer on net terms makes a payment through the online payment link, there is currently no automatic notification to the assigned sales representative. The only way to verify payment is to manually open the customer's account and check for activity.
It would be extremely helpful if DecoNetwork could send an automatic email notification to the sales representative assigned to the order whenever an online payment is received. This would improve visibility, reduce manual checking, and help teams process orders more efficiently.
