Improvements to product imports

This may be a rehash of a request from four years ago, but the full functionality is still not there:

1. Ability to mix .jpg and .psd files on the import - unbelievable that this can't be done.

2. When importing products you need to be able to remove products that are no longer available. If select this option on the import, it removes ALL brands - not just the one you are working on. Please include the ability to select which brand you are updating.

3. Functionality to modify and easily remove or update colours on the brand colour pallettes. We have loads of colours no longer required. 

4. Ability to easily remove sizes that are no longer required. 

5. On import be able to choose what type of product is being imported (just tops and bottoms would be a good start!) so you could select what customisation areas are required by product.

6. The option for a producst to include/exclude sales tax. We are having to work around this at the moment.
