Gift Certificate Design and Account-Based Redemption

Dear DecoNetwork Team,

We would like to submit a feature request regarding the Gift Certificate functionality.

1. Gift Certificate Design Customization
Currently, the available customization appears to be limited mainly to the background image, font style, and colors. We would like to request more flexibility to customize the overall layout and design of the Gift Certificate page, including the positioning and styling of different sections and elements.

2. Gift Certificate Redemption & Account Credit
We would also like to request an improved redemption process. Instead of requiring customers to remember and keep their gift certificate code/number, we would like the redeemed gift certificate value to be automatically added to the customer's account as a store credit or gift card balance.

For example:

• Customer purchases or receives a gift certificate.
• The customer redeems the gift certificate once.
• The gift certificate value is added to their account balance.
• The customer can view their available balance from their account.
• The customer can use that balance for future purchases at any time without having to remember or enter the original gift certificate code again.
• The balance should ideally decrease automatically as the customer uses it, with the remaining balance visible in their account.

This would make the gift certificate experience much easier for customers and reduce the possibility of customers losing or forgetting their gift certificate codes.

Please consider adding these capabilities as future features.
