Ability to add a notice to customers on the designer

So many times we have had customer complain the scale of the design on the t-shirt in the designer does not match the printed product.

I would like the ability to display a notice on the designer to manage customer expectations directing them to refer to design measurement and not the visual.

Pretty important and simple thing to stop confusion, and possible order rejection.
