Quote Converted into Decorated Items on Affiliate Website

Our process typically involves providing a standard quote to a customer who has requested the setup of an affiliate site.  After the customer has approved the quote (Decorations and pricing), we are required to go into the affiliate site and repeat the entire process of building a quote but adding each item as a decorated item.  This is a duplication of effort in every way.  There should be a feature that takes a completed quote and moves selected items directly into an affiliate site.
