Apply Credit Tab

While we can save a customer's credit balance in their account, there is not a notification that they have a credit balance when a quote is created.  It might be helpful to add an "APPLY CREDIT OF XXXX) tab to the quote which would  notify us that there is a credit balance that should be used.
