New Payment Gateway

Hi -

Before investing into a production system for my small business I was using a payment system called BillerGenie.

I would really like for it to be a payment gateway within DecoNetwork.

It worked amazing and met my needs and would meet others as well at a fraction of the cost of DecoPay currently using STRIPE.
