CSV Import/Export for Bulk Product Category Management

Hi DecoNetwork Team,

DecoNetwork already supports bulk category assignments, but managing thousands of products manually is still very time-consuming.

We currently have 4,175 products in our PrintBarn.ca store and would love to see a CSV/Excel import and export option added to the existing bulk category management system.

Ideally, this feature would allow us to:

  • Export products with their current category assignments.

  • Edit and assign multiple categories using CSV/Excel.

  • Import updated category assignments using Product Code, SKU, or Product ID.

  • Add new categories without removing existing assignments.

  • Preview and validate changes before importing.

This would make organizing large product catalogs significantly faster and more efficient, eliminating the need to manually select and update products through the admin panel.

We believe this would be a valuable improvement for all DecoNetwork stores managing large inventories.
